Join us for an unforgettable evening of music, dancing, and good food at our Musical KARAOKE POTLUCK PICNIC BONFIRE! We had a blast last time, with 9 talented Karaoke singers and dancers, and a friendly crowd. Don't miss out!

To attend the BONFIRE, RSVP here and make sure to upload a true face picture and your real first name on your profile. Let us know what GOOD food you'll be bringing to the potluck! This is a requirement to join the fun!

We kindly ask you to bring dry firewood if you can. It will help keep the bonfire going. If you can't find any, check the CL free section in your area. Remember to bring water and cold sodas if you're planning to sing some Karaoke!

Dress comfortably for a likely nice day and a possibly cool evening. Don't forget to bring your beach chairs and some extra dry firewood if possible!

Important note: Alcohol and glass bottles are not allowed on City beaches. Let's respect the rules and have a fantastic time without them!

This event is a great opportunity to celebrate with your International Friends and meet new people from 18 other social groups. The more, the merrier!

Make sure to grab your beach chairs, bring some GOOD potluck food and utensils for it, a case of sodas, and a jacket in your car. We appreciate any extra dry firewood you can bring!

For the potluck, main courses or big entrees work best. Bring something that you would enjoy eating, so you know it will be there. If you're bringing pre-cooked food, make sure to also bring a BBQ and fuel to cook it. Cutting everything into small pieces is recommended!

If you need food ideas, you can plan something you like or stop by Costco for a party tray or their delicious rolled turkey sandwiches, chicken tenders, etc. Large fresh pizzas or cases of cold sodas and water bottles are also great choices!

Remember, NO ALCOHOL or glass containers are allowed on City beaches. They will be checking, as they did a couple of years ago!

The potluck starts at 4pm, but feel free to come early or whenever you can to secure the best parking spot. You can even play games or take a stroll along the beautiful Mission Bay while you wait.

Look for Steve, who will arrive early and reserve the furthest West double picnic tables and the closest fire ring. To find us, walk along the sidewalk to the North-West end and look for the double picnic tables and fire ring nearby.

To reach the event location, if you're coming from the North on H-5, take the Clairemont Dr offramp and turn West. Cross over 5 and then turn right onto E Mission Bay Dr. Continue until you reach De Anza Rd.

If you're coming from the South on H-5, you can either take the Balboa/MBayDr offramp or continue South on 5 to the Clairemont Dr turn off. Proceed straight on Mission Bay Dr through six stoplights before taking a sharp right turn just before entering 5 South again. Merge West into N Mission Bay Dr, turn right at the stop sign, and head North towards De Anza Rd.

In case you miss the sharp right turn and end up on H-5 South, don't worry. Take the next offramp at Clairemont Dr and get on E Mission Bay Dr, heading North until you reach De Anza Rd.
