Hello everyone! Starting from May 8th, Monday evenings will be held at Curlers and Thursdays evenings at Tennent's!

When you enter Tennent's from the Byres Rd entrance, you can find the two reserved tables on the left.

What level is needed to participate?
The group is inclusive, welcoming beginners to natives. Having some conversational ability is beneficial, but all are welcome!

If I can't arrive exactly at 7:00 PM, is that a problem?
The group is casual, usually lasting for a few hours. Feel free to join whenever you can. If you arrive at 7:00 PM and no one is there yet, give it 15-20 minutes for others to arrive!

What if only one person is signed up, will the event still happen?
Even if only a few RSVPs are shown on the event page, there are usually regular attendees, with a typical group size of 10-15.

If you want to practice and improve your Spanish or English, join us at The Tennent's Bar on Byres Road at 7pm on Mondays and Thursdays. We have different hosts on different nights, and occasionally none, but there will always be friendly people to give you a warm welcome. You can find us at the top of the stairs where we will be seated on the long benches. We are excited to meet you and chat with you in Spanish and English.

We begin with a 'Spanish half hour' followed by an 'English half hour' to ensure equal time for each language and to keep the conversation engaging. We are eager to see our regular members and extend a warm welcome to newcomers.
