Hello everyone! Starting from Monday, May 8th, our Monday evening gatherings will be held upstairs at Curlers, and on Thursdays, we will meet at Tennent's Bar!

When you enter Tennent's from the Byres Rd entrance, you'll find our reserved tables on the left.

What level of language proficiency is required?
This group is open to everyone, from beginners to native speakers. However, having some conversational ability will enhance your experience.

What if I can't arrive exactly at 7:00 PM?
No worries! The group is very informal, and we usually stay for a few hours. Feel free to join us whenever you can make it. If you arrive at 7:00 PM and no one is there yet, give it about 15-20 minutes for others to arrive!

What if only one person has signed up?
Although the event page may show only a few RSVPs, there are usually more regular attendees. Our usual group size is around 10-15 people.

Si quieres practicar y mejorar tu español o inglés, únete a nosotros en The Tennent's Bar en Byres Road a las 7:00 PM los lunes y jueves. Tenemos diferentes anfitriones en diferentes noches, y ocasionalmente no hay anfitrión, pero siempre encontrarás gente amable dispuesta a darte una cálida bienvenida. We start with a 'Spanish half hour' followed by an 'English half hour' to ensure equal time for each language and to explore interesting topics that keep everyone engaged. We can't wait to see our regular attendees and extend a warm welcome to new members.
