What is Language Party?
Language Party is Manchester's most exciting multicultural meeting on a monday! It's an informal gathering for people who want to speak and practice  languages, learn about different cultures and make new friends. We meet every 2nd, 3rd and 4th Monday of the month from  6.30-9pm in The Basement, 24 Lever St, Manchester.

Which Languages can I speak at Language Party?
French Italian Hungarian Portuguese Urdu Spanish Punjabi Czech Catalan   Mandarin German Russian Korean Welsh Quechua Cantonese Farsi Polish Greek Hindi Arabic Dutch Danish Greenlandic Moesten Japanese Slovak Turkish Gaelic Malay and English are some of the many language that have been  spoken over the last year. And the list  keeps on growing...!

Does it cost anything to join or attend?
No, because we are able to use the space at The Basement free of charge Language Party is free of charge  for everyone. However tea and coffee is a very reasonable 50p per cup. Because The Basement have to pay rent on the building, donations towards the upkeep of the building are very welcome.
