dont worry about  the people who will find each other , it is very  simple detail

written table is the solution.

my british flatmate who is teacher at Dilmer language school   wants   to join us on that day but he could be at his english lesson  .he will inform us friday or thursday about he  could be join us at the  meeting or not.

1- i have another event that planned long ago on previous evening of this meeting and i live in anatolian side. because of these reasons  i might not be join the meeting.  in what mood i would be then, i dont know yet. if i wont be able to join, i am sorry. 

  2- how people should find each other when reached the place (kahve dünyasý). any sign, written table?
