Circular IJ-hike Amsterdam 16 km, Sat, Feb 17, 2024, 10:45 AM

Join us for an exciting adventure - the Circular IJ-hike in Amsterdam! On Saturday, February 17, 2024, at 10:45 AM, we will embark on a 16 km journey around the beautiful IJ.

Our starting point is the Ferry behind Central Station, leading us to IJ-plein (not the ferry to Buiksloterweg). We will wait until 11 am to ensure everyone has arrived, and then we'll take the ferry to North.

During the hike, we will explore the charming old part of Amsterdam North, pass through a scenic park, and cross over the Oranje-sluizen. Our final destination (or a well-deserved break) awaits us at the IJ-brewery near the windmill.

After enjoying 1 or 2 beers at the brewery, we can either continue our walk back to Amsterdam Central or choose to go our separate ways. It's a fantastic opportunity to socialize and make new friends!

Please remember to dress warmly as the weather is expected to be between 8 to 10 degrees Celsius - still winter. Don't miss out on this incredible hiking experience!
