Calling all nature enthusiasts! Join me and fellow adventurers for an unforgettable hiking experience in the picturesque landscapes of the Netherlands. This hike, considered one of the most beautiful in the country, will take us from Station Dieren to the stunning Veluwezoom National Park, with the iconic Posbank as our literal and figurative high point. Choose between two equally captivating routes, one leading to Sation Rheden (11km) and the other to Velp (15km).

It's important to note that this hike is not your typical flat Dutch trail. Brace yourself for some steep hills and a thrilling challenge along the way.

But that's not all! We're also in luck as it's High Brons season, a time when the majestic red deer, the largest animals in the Netherlands, are actively seeking their mating partners. You might even hear their impressive bellowing calls echoing through the forest.

We'll be gathering at track 7a in Amsterdam Central at 09:15, ready to embark on our adventure. If you can't make it at that time, don't worry! You can join us later during the train ride. Simply switch trains in Arnhem and arrive at Station Dieren at 10:52.

Our hike will officially commence at 11:00 am, so make sure to bring your enthusiasm and energy for an unforgettable day in nature.
