Remote Advanced SWEDISH conversation, Sun, Dec 3, 2023, 3:00 PM

Welcome to our regular Sunday Swedish conversation group at an advanced level!

Due to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic, we will be hosting this group remotely via videoconference using the open-source app Jitsi. Our videoconference servers are provided by Loopia, a leading Swedish webhosting provider.

Please note that this meetup is specifically designed for individuals who are at an advanced level in the Swedish language. At the very least, you should be able to engage in a simple conversation in Swedish and understand most of what is being said in a Swedish news broadcast. If you are not at this level yet, we recommend joining our beginner or intermediate groups instead.

This meetup provides an opportunity for everyone to practice their Swedish language skills with like-minded individuals. We will engage in conversations on current topics to ensure there is always something interesting to discuss.

After participating in the advanced group, we encourage you to assist with our intermediate and basic groups. Whether it's helping others find the right words or correcting mistakes, your contribution is valuable. Please note that the helpers are not teachers - everyone in the group should actively participate in the discussions.

Feel free to bring any ideas, discussion topics, questions, or language games that you think may be helpful. We welcome your input!

We kindly request that you keep your RSVP status up to date and attend events when you indicate your availability. This helps us ensure a smooth experience for all members.

If you are on the waiting list, please check your status periodically as you may be moved up to the attendees list.
