Experience the perfect start to your weekend and embrace the summer in Stockholm with an invigorating outdoor yoga session in the park! Join us for a morning yoga class led by our esteemed member and certified Yoga instructor, Tomomi Tanaka. On Saturday, July 22nd from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, Tomomi will guide us through a series of soothing Hatha yoga poses that are suitable for all levels, including beginners. This is a wonderful opportunity to embark on a journey of self-discovery and wellness. Don't forget to wear comfortable workout attire, bring your own water bottle, and a yoga mat.

Kindly note that this class operates on a "pay by donation" basis, allowing you to contribute an amount of your choice to Tomomi at the end of the session. We encourage a donation of 100kr per person.
