Not only will you improve your fitness, strength, and overall health, but you will also have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and forge new friendships.

Our Functional Fitness Class is fully inclusive, catering to all ages, experience levels, and fitness abilities. Each movement will be carefully adapted to suit every individual, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all. Don't forget to bring your own mat if you have one!

The cost per class is €7.
