As a passionate advocate for the motto "A Healthy Body = A Healthy Mind," I believe this class is the perfect starting point for anyone and everyone. Not only will you become fitter, stronger, and healthier, but you will also have the opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and forge new friendships.

Our Functional Fitness Class is designed to be fully inclusive, welcoming participants of all ages, fitness levels, and experience. Every movement in the class will be tailored to suit each individual's needs and abilities. Don't forget to bring a mat if you have one!

The class fee is €7 per session.
