Our Functional Fitness Class is fully inclusive, welcoming participants of all ages, fitness levels, and experience. Every movement will be tailored to suit each individual's abilities.

If you have a mat, please bring it along for added comfort during the class. The cost per class is €6, offering great value for an incredible experience.
