We will commence the practice by immersing ourselves in a brief mantra chanting, followed by breathing exercises and a gentle warm-up. Subsequently, we will delve into various yoga postures that invigorate the entire body. While each class offers a unique experience, the ultimate goal remains constant - to discover inner joy, harmony, and tranquility. 🙏🏼😇 To conclude the session, we will indulge in the soothing sounds of Tibetan singing bowls.
