Nuestra paella se preparará con pollo y marisco, conocida como Paella Mixta, pero si tienes alergias o sigues una dieta vegetariana, ¡no te preocupes! Nos adaptaremos y te ofreceremos una deliciosa paella de verduras. 🥕🫑

Contamos con todos los ingredientes y utensilios necesarios. Solo necesitas traer tus ganas de disfrutar de los sabores de España.

Comenzaremos la sesión preparando una sangría equilibrada y refrescante. Te contaremos la historia de la paella y te presentaremos los ingredientes esenciales que la componen.

Al final del taller, compartiremos la comida y la bebida que cada uno de nosotros ha ayudado a crear, todo en un ambiente festivo y acogedor. 🫶

Recibirás las recetas detalladas al concluir esta experiencia para que puedas recrear estos platos en casa.

Join us for an exciting workshop where you will learn to create the iconic Spanish paella and craft a refreshing sangria with the help of a local chef, all within a conveniently situated venue in central Madrid.

This social experience is ideal for everyone, as each participant will engage in the preparation of the dishes while enjoying a delightful time exploring the secrets of Spanish cuisine. 🥘

Our paella will be made with chicken and seafood, known as Paella Mixta, but if you have allergies or follow a vegetarian diet, don’t worry! We will adapt and provide you with a delicious vegetable paella.
All necessary ingredients and equipment will be provided; you just need to bring your enthusiasm to savor the flavors of Spain.

We will kick off the session by preparing a balanced and refreshing sangria. You’ll learn about the history of paella and be introduced to the essential ingredients that define this dish.

At the end of the workshop, we will enjoy the paella and sangria we’ve created together in a joyful and cozy setting.
