The Navacerrada Reservoir is a stunning natural wonder that collects water from the Sierra de Guadarrama through the Barranca Valley. As we walk along the reservoir, you'll be mesmerized by the breathtaking views of the valley, Maliciosa, and La Bola del Mundo.

Throughout the hike, you'll witness a diverse range of plant species. The journey starts with lush pastures, followed by the Quercus Pyrenaica oak grove, and the riverside trees like willow and ash that line the reservoir's edge.

🎅🏼 After the scenic reservoir tour, we'll explore one of Madrid's most festive Christmas towns.

***We will be using public transportation, so please bring some cash. If you have your own car, you can bring it and share the gas expenses with fellow hikers.
