Join us for outdoor Tai Chi sessions! While we practice in an open environment, we recognize the importance of personal health and safety amidst the ongoing COVID-19 situation. Each participant is encouraged to make individual choices regarding the health measures they wish to adopt.

Classes take place from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM in the park located at the end of Carrer Lleida, right in front of the venue known as “El mercat de les flors.” The park is conveniently close to the subway stations “Plaça Espanya” and “Poble Sec.”

We prioritize safe practices in Tai Chi and aim to help you avoid any potential injuries. However, each participant must take personal responsibility for their well-being. If you have any health concerns or injuries that could affect your training, please communicate them to us. Ultimately, we encourage you to be conscious and responsible for your health.
