Start your day with invigorating Hatha-Vinyasa Yoga, focusing on promoting a pain-free life. Our expert instructor will lead you through gentle poses, breathing exercises, and meditation to help you find inner peace and relieve stress. All levels are welcome, no prior experience needed.

After the yoga session, indulge in a delicious Brunch while mingling with participants from diverse backgrounds. Engage in lively language exchanges, practicing Spanish, French, English, and more. Meet expats and locals eager to connect and share cultural knowledge.

When:
Sunday, June 16th from 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM
Arrive 5 minutes early, entry not permitted after 10 minutes past the start time.

What to bring:
Comfortable clothing, water, and a towel. Bring your own mat or use one provided by us.

Yoga class only: €12
Brunch only: €21
Full Pack Yoga + Brunch: €30
