Join us for free Taichi lessons in the open air! While we practice Taichi outdoors, we ask each participant to take personal responsibility for their safety and well-being in light of the current health situation.

Taichi is a martial art rooted in Taoist philosophy, promoting not only martial skills but also enhancing health, body awareness, and personal and spiritual growth.

Differing from traditional martial arts, Taichi poses the question: Why confront brute force with more force when you can utilize your opponent's strength?

Classes run from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the park located at the end of Carrer Lleida, near "El mercat de les flors" (close to the Plaça Espanya and Poble Sec metro stops).

While we promote safe Taichi practices and will assist in injury prevention, each participant is ultimately responsible for their own well-being. Please communicate any health concerns or injuries that may impact your training.
