Join us for free Taichi lessons outdoors where each participant is encouraged to take responsible measures in light of the current CoViD situation.

Taichi, rooted in Taoist philosophy, not only enhances martial skills but also promotes physical health, body awareness, and personal/spiritual growth.

Distinguished from other martial arts, Taichi emphasizes leveraging the opponent's power instead of brute strength.

Experience Taichi for free every Sunday under the guidance of Sifu Albert Sala.

Lessons run from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the park located at the end of Carrer Lleida, near "El mercat de les flors" (close to the Plaça Espanya and Poble Sec metro stops).

While we promote safe Taichi practice, participants are ultimately responsible for their own well-being and encouraged to communicate any health concerns or injuries.
