Join us for free Taichi classes in the great outdoors. While we practice Taichi in the open air, we encourage each participant to take responsibility for their own health and safety measures in light of the current CoViD situation.

Taichi is a martial art rooted in Taoist philosophy, focusing on universal harmony. Beyond martial skills, it enhances health, body awareness, and personal/spiritual growth.

Differing from conventional martial arts, Taichi emphasizes using your opponent's strength against them rather than brute force. Experience this unique approach every Sunday with Sifu Albert Sala.

Classes run from 9:00 am to 10:30 am at the park located at the end of Carrer Lleida, near "El mercat de les flors" (close to the Plaça Espanya and Poble Sec metro stops).

While we promote safe Taichi practice and assist in injury prevention, participants are urged to communicate any health concerns or injuries. Ultimately, each individual is responsible for their well-being.
