Join us for free Taichi lessons in the great outdoors! While we encourage everyone to take necessary precautions in light of the current CoViD situation, each participant is responsible for their own health and safety.

Taichi is not just a martial art, but a way of life rooted in Taoist philosophy. It not only enhances martial skills, but also improves overall health, body awareness, and fosters personal and spiritual growth.

Unlike other martial arts that rely on brute strength, Taichi presents a different approach: harnessing your opponent's power instead of meeting force with force.

If you're intrigued by these concepts, come and experience Taichi for free every Sunday taught by Sifu Albert Sala.

Lessons take place from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM in the park located at the end of Carrer Lleida, near "El mercat de les flors" (close to the "Plaça Espanya" and "Poble Sec" metro stations).

While we prioritize your safety during Taichi practice, it is important for each participant to communicate any health concerns or injuries that may affect their well-being. Ultimately, you are responsible for your own well-being and we trust you to make informed decisions.
