Payment
Secure your spot by making a payment through bank transfer, Bizum, Revolut, or Wise. Email us at vincent to receive the payment details.
*Payment must be made no later than Thursday, October 5th.

Health Insurance
To join the trip, you must have private health insurance or a valid health card for the public health system in Spain. You will be required to sign a consent form on the day of the trip. Don't forget to bring identification (DNI, NIE, Passport).

Refund Policy
We offer a full refund if you cancel up to a week before the trip (October 1st).
NO SHOWS and LAST MINUTE CANCELLATIONS: No refunds will be provided regardless of the reason.

Pago
Asegura tu lugar realizando el pago a través de transferencia bancaria, Bizum, Revolut o Wise. Envíanos un correo electrónico a vincent para recibir los detalles de pago.
*El pago debe realizarse como máximo el jueves 5 de octubre.

Seguro Médico
Para unirte al viaje, debes tener un seguro médico privado o una tarjeta sanitaria válida para el sistema de salud público en España. Se te pedirá que firmes un formulario de consentimiento el día del viaje. No olvides traer identificación (DNI, NIE, Pasaporte).

Póliza de Reembolso
Ofrecemos un reembolso completo si cancelas hasta una semana antes del viaje (1 de octubre).
NO PRESENTARSE y CANCELACIONES DE ÚLTIMA HORA: No se realizarán reembolsos sin importar el motivo.
