Join us for a unique and invigorating experience of practicing Taichi in the great outdoors. We understand the importance of personal responsibility in these challenging times, so we encourage each participant to decide on their own safety measures in light of the current health situation.

Taichi is not just a martial art; it is a way of life rooted in Taoist philosophy and its profound understanding of the universe. By practicing Taichi, you not only develop martial skills but also improve your overall health, body awareness, and embark on a path of personal and spiritual growth.

Unlike other martial arts that rely on brute force, Taichi offers a different approach: instead of opposing strength with strength, we harness the power of our opponents. Intrigued? Come and discover the beauty of Taichi with free lessons every Sunday, taught by the esteemed Sifu Albert Sala.

The classes take place from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the park located at the end of Carrer Lleida, right in front of "El mercat de les flors" (near the Plaça Espanya and Poble Sec metro stations).

While we prioritize the safety of our participants, we also empower individuals to be aware of their own well-being. We provide guidance to prevent any potential injuries, but ultimately, each participant is responsible for their own health and well-being. We kindly request that you inform us of any existing health conditions or injuries that may affect your practice.
