Join us for a rejuvenating yoga experience on the sandy beach. Immerse yourself in the serenity of nature as we begin with a calming breathing exercise, followed by a blend of hatha, vinyasa, and yin yoga postures. Conclude the session with a soothing guided meditation and a blissful sound bath. 🧘🏽‍♀️🌊

As the sun starts to set, at 5:00 PM, we will commence our session to make the most of the breathtaking scenery. 🌅

To participate, a minimum contribution of 10 euros per class is required. You can pay in cash or via bank transfer. 💸

This class is designed to enhance your overall well-being by focusing on holistic health and inner tranquility. Discover a deep state of relaxation and nourish your mind, body, and soul from within. 🌸

Located at Huelin beach in Malaga, our classes take place at the picturesque Paseo Marítimo Antonio Machado park. Feel free to refer to the map or contact me for directions. 😌

After the class, you have the option to enjoy the enchanting sunset on the beach and take a refreshing dip in the sea. Don't forget to bring your yoga mat or towel. In case you forget, I have 2 extra yoga mats and some towels available upon request. Just let me know before the class. 🌊

About the teacher: With nearly a decade of personal yoga practice and 2 years of teaching experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge to the mat. I hold a Hatha yoga teacher certificate (Yoga Alliance Certified) and have studied Buddhism in Seoul, South Korea at Dongguk University. Additionally, I have spent 3 months in Sri Lanka immersing myself in the local yogic and Buddhist way of life, as well as furthering my skills in Ayurveda. 🧚🏾‍♀️
