💸 The cost for each class is a minimum of 12 euros. Payment can be made in cash or via bank transfer.

🌸 This class is dedicated to improving your overall health by focusing on a holistic approach. Discover deep relaxation and nourishment from within, benefiting your body, mind, and soul. Through asanas, we aim to massage your internal organs, enhance flexibility, and strengthen your deep tissues and muscles.

💧 Remember to bring your own water bottle and yoga mat or towel. In case you forget, we have extra mats available. Simply request one from me or at the COEO reception before the class.

🧚🏾‍♀️ About the instructor: With nearly a decade of personal yoga practice and two years of teaching experience, our instructor is highly qualified. Holding a Hatha yoga teacher certificate (Yoga Alliance Certified) and having studied Buddhism in Seoul, South Korea at Dongguk University, they bring a unique blend of knowledge and expertise. They also spent three months in Sri Lanka, learning from local monks and residents about the yogic and Buddhist way of life, as well as further developing their skills in Ayurveda.
