Hello,

Are you a fan of Korean dramas but struggling to move beyond basic greetings like "안녕하세요" (annyeonghaseyo) and "감사합니다" (kamsahamnida)? Or perhaps you're eager to try out a line from your favorite drama?

Join us at Saturday Korean: 토요일 한국어 to improve your Korean language skills. It's recommended that you already have some foundation in the language to facilitate smoother conversations. Best of all, our language-learning meetup events are completely free of charge.

WE WANT KOREAN SPEAKERS TOO!
We're always on the lookout for proficient Korean speakers (native speakers are not required) to join us and share their knowledge of the language and culture. If you're a Korean speaker, come and help others learn while making new friends.

We look forward to seeing you there!

ONLY THOSE WHO ARE FULLY VACCINATED CAN JOIN. Stay in your designated group throughout the meetup and do not intermingle with those from another group. Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we are implementing a number of measures at our events. All participants MUST adhere to our instructions.

  1. We are limiting the total number of participants for each event. Being on the Waitlist does NOT guarantee a spot at a table.
  2. Upon arrival, you will be assigned to a specific table. It is mandatory to stay seated at your assigned table.
  3. DO NOT move between groups or interact with individuals from other tables during the event.
  4. Failure to follow the instructions above or any other instructions provided by the event host may result in being asked to leave the event.

***

  1. NO COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES We welcome anyone interested in learning or helping others learn a language. However, this is NOT a platform for individuals with ulterior motives such as recruiting members for their business or organization, or selling products or services. If anyone is found to be pestering our members for such purposes, we will not hesitate to ask them to stop attending our meetups.
  2. GETTING THERE Nearest MRT station: Promenade MRT Station. LOCATING US INSIDE THE FOOD COURT When you arrive in the food court, look for groups of people and ask if they are there for a meetup. We are usually seated near the entrance of the food court, between the Chinese dessert stall and the drinks stall. You can also send the host a text message via Meetup.
