Job Description
I have taught English professionally for almost a decade.
I currently only work freelance, mostly for general and conversational English, but have worked in language schools and university preparatory programmes in the past.
My experience has ranged from teaching young learners to adults, in both group and one-to-one lessons.
I have helped many successful IELTS candidates in their exam preparations and also provided classes in Business English and other specialisations.
For the past 8 years, I have lived in Istanbul and have a strong command of Turkish.
I also have a high proficiency in Irish and German, and can usually hold a conversation in French, Spanish and Kurmanci.
Aside from teaching, I also work as a writer and copy editor and I am a capable translator.
I can deliver online English lessons via Zoom and am currently quite flexible time-wise.
Class duration varies from 60-80 minutes.
