   3. Invoice required for pottery piece collection
   or clay pendant crafting
   4. Finished pottery can be taken or exchanged for a pendant
   5. Unclaimed pottery without pendant reservation will be discarded
   6. Pendant includes two firings and coloring
   7. You can craft a pendant after 12 days of pottery making, then have 12 days to color it. You can collect it after 12 days, with a 12-day collection period, after which it will be discarded
   8. We are not liable for pottery breakage in the kiln, as it may be due to air pockets or manufacturing errors
   9. No postponements, cancellations, or replacements
