1. Session Guidelines
   1. No penguins/children allowed
   2. Lemon required for entry
   3. Invoice needed for pottery piece collection or glazing
   4. Pottery must be collected or glazing booked upon completion
   5. Unclaimed pottery without glazing booking will be discarded
   6. Glazing includes two firings and coloring
   7. Glazing can be done 12 days after pottery creation, with a 12-day coloring period, and must be collected within 12 days after completion
   8. We are not responsible for pottery breakage in the kiln due to air pockets or manufacturing defects
   9. No rescheduling, cancellations, or substitutions allowed
