   5. Unclaimed pottery without vase reservation will be discarded
   6. Vase includes two firings and coloring
   7. You can come to make a vase 12 days after pottery making, then you have a 12-day deadline for coloring. After that, you can collect it after 12 days, with a 12-day deadline for pick-up, after which it will be discarded
   8. We do not take responsibility for pottery breakage in the kiln due to air pockets or manufacturing errors
   9. No rescheduling, canceling, or replacements
