8. You can come to glaze after 12 days from making the pottery, then you have 12 days to color it. After that, you can collect it within 12 days, and it will be discarded after that
9. We are not responsible for any breakage that occurs in the kiln due to air bubbles or manufacturing defects
10. No postponements, cancellations, or replacements allowed
