   3. Invoice is required to receive the pottery piece or make a vase
   4. If pottery runs out, you can take it or join the vase workshop
   5. Pottery left without a vase reservation will be discarded
   6. Vase workshop includes two firings and coloring
   7. You can come to make a vase 12 days after pottery making, then you have 12 days to color it. Afterward, you can collect it within 12 days, otherwise it will be discarded
   8. We are not responsible for pottery breakage in the kiln due to air bubbles or manufacturing defects
   9. No postponement, cancellation, or replacement
