4. Presentation of the invoice is necessary to receive the pottery piece or participate in the glazing workshop.
5. If pottery pieces run out, participants can choose to take one or join the glazing workshop.
6. Pottery left without a glazing reservation will be discarded.
7. The glazing workshop includes two firing sessions and coloring.
8. You can come to glaze your piece after 12 days of creating the pottery, and you have a 12-day window to finish coloring. After that, you can collect it within 12 days, otherwise it will be discarded.
9. We are not responsible for any breakage that may occur during firing due to air pockets or manufacturing errors.
10. No postponements, cancellations, or replacements allowed.
