Why 18? It was mentioned 14:00 - 17:00? I have already invited people to this meeting. Are these meetings always so unpredictable?

As far as I heard, organizator of the last meeting near metro Sokol had cancelled that meeting right before the meeting. It was really awfull! Will this meeting really be the day after tomorrow? )) Can it be soon? I mean cancel of the meeting by organizator?
