Experience the power of Krav Maga, the ultimate martial art of self-defense. Join us for a free introductory lesson on Thu, Feb 15, 2024, at 8:00 PM. This is your chance to learn practical techniques that will not only keep you fit but also equip you with the skills to protect yourself in any situation.

We have beginner classes available on various days and times:
🥋Monday and Wednesday from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM
🥋Tuesday and Thursday from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM
🥋Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 PM to 10:00 PM
🥋Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
The first lesson is absolutely free, but please make sure to confirm your attendance by calling us beforehand. If you are seeing this message, it means that there are already at least 5 confirmed participants from other promotion channels, so just give us a call and come join us.

In today's world, unprovoked street attacks, armed robberies, and threats to personal safety are becoming increasingly common. While we hope they never happen to you, being prepared can mean the difference between life and tragedy. Our courses will teach you essential self-defense techniques, sharpen your senses, improve your reaction speed, and enhance your overall fitness. We will also focus on conflict avoidance strategies.

During the lessons, you will learn:

• The art of safe falling and rolling
• Escaping from hand and hair grips (especially for women)
• Release from bear hugs
• Defense against strangulation
• Effective fighting and self-defense techniques
• Using fists, elbows, knees, feet, and other body parts for self-defense
• Improving mobility and observation skills
• Defense against knives and other weapons
• Techniques for dealing with multiple attackers

You are welcome to bring your friends who are interested in self-defense. However, please ensure that they RSVP as well.

For the course, please wear comfortable sports attire. Also, remember to bring a bottle of water and wet wipes for after the training.
