Join us for an unforgettable adventure at Nevado de Toluca, a majestic stratovolcano nestled in central Mexico. Located approximately 80 kilometers (50 miles) west of Mexico City, near Toluca in the State of Mexico, this stunning destination is easily accessible—just a 2-hour drive from the bustling capital. As the fourth highest peak in Mexico, following Pico de Orizaba, Popocatépetl, and Iztaccíhuatl, it promises breathtaking views and an exhilarating experience.

Our hiking journey will take you to the enchanting crater lakes located within the basin. Over the course of about 3.5 hours, you'll explore the larger Lago del Sol (Sun Lake) and the smaller yet deeper Lago de la Luna (Moon Lake). Whether you prefer to trek to the crater for panoramic vistas or simply enjoy the serene beauty of the lakes, this hike offers something for everyone!

Don't worry about the altitude; we’ll set a leisurely pace to help you acclimatize. You have the freedom to tailor your experience to match your fitness level, all while immersing yourself in the natural wonders surrounding you.
