Join us for an unforgettable day trip to two remarkable destinations: Tula, an ancient archaeological site, and Tepotzotlán, a charming Pueblo Mágico situated north of Mexico City (please note, this is not to be confused with the town of Tepoztlán, which lies to the south).

Tula is a significant Mesoamerican archaeological site that once thrived as the capital of the Toltec Empire, flourishing between the decline of Teotihuacan and the emergence of Tenochtitlan. The highlight of Tula is the magnificent Pyramid of Quetzalcoatl, adorned with four towering basalt columns, each four meters high, intricately carved to represent Toltec warriors. Although Tula experienced its decline around 1150, its cultural influence persisted, particularly within the Aztec Empire.

Tepotzotlán (distinct from Tepoztlán): This picturesque town retains its colonial charm, characterized by quaint cobblestone streets, elegant arcades, and vibrant plazas. A small, secular plaza graces the front of the main church, featuring a kiosk that hosts various cultural events. Don’t miss the bustling municipal market, renowned for its delicious food stands offering traditional delights such as quesadillas, sopes, pambazos, tacos, barbacoa, and carnitas.

The total cost for this enriching experience is 1,050 Mexican Pesos, which covers private transportation for our intimate group (semi-private) as well as informative guides in both English and Spanish. We kindly request that payments be made 3 to 5 days prior to the tour date.
