Join us for an enchanting Guided Walking Tour at the Mercado de Jamaica, adorned with exquisite Day of the Dead decorations and vibrant Cempasuchil (Marigold) flowers, which play a vital role in altar and cemetery arrangements.

Nestled near the heart of Mexico City, the Mercado de Jamaica is a treasure trove of tradition, folklore, and authenticity. This iconic market is the perfect spot to immerse yourself in the rich culinary heritage of Mexico, featuring traditional foods and ingredients that families use for their beloved recipes and home adornments.

In addition to the stunning decorations and Marigold flowers, our tour will take you through various sections of the market, showcasing an array of fruits, vegetables, flowers, and plants. You will also have the chance to savor local delicacies such as elotes, esquites, pan de muerto, and huaraches in a delightful and safe manner (note: tastings are optional and at your own expense). Throughout the tour, you'll gain insights into the history, traditions, and the most picturesque spots within this unique marketplace.

The cost for this immersive experience is just 250 Mexican pesos per person. Tours are available on select dates: October 3, 12, 20, 24, and 27, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. Please note that transportation and food tastings are not included. This market and food tour lasts approximately 2.5 to 3 hours and is conducted in both English and Spanish.
