Join us on an unforgettable eco-tour to the breathtaking National Park and volcanoes Izta Popo in Mexico! Discover the dormant volcano Iztaccihuatl, standing tall at 5230 meters in the shape of a sleeping woman, and the active volcano Popocatépetl, reaching a height of 5426 meters. These majestic peaks are the third and second highest in Mexico, offering awe-inspiring views.

Our journey will take us to an altitude of 3900 to 4200 meters, allowing ample time for acclimatization. You can tailor the trip to your preference, whether it's immersing yourself in the beauty of nature and the fresh mountain air, or embarking on an optional hike up or towards the Izta volcano.

We will also explore the Paso de Cortes, a historic pass where Hernán Cortés and his men crossed in 1519 on their way to confront the Aztecs and their emperor Moctezuma. Legend has it that some of Cortés' men descended into the crater of Popocatépetl and retrieved sulfur to make gunpowder.

As an additional highlight, we will have the opportunity to visit a stunning nearby waterfall and stroll along a picturesque river.

Throughout this adventure, we will be exploring the State of Mexico, immersing ourselves in its rich natural and cultural heritage.

To secure your spot, it is important to make a payment 5 to 10 days prior to the tour. This allows us to arrange the appropriate transportation for the group.

The tour price is 1250 Mexican Pesos and includes private transport, an experienced driver, a coordinator, Spanish explanations, and entrance to the National Park.
