Join us for a language practice event after the earthquake drill!

The event will start at 7:00 PM, regardless of what Meetup says.

"Learning another language is not only learning different words for the same things, but learning another way to think about things.” - Flora Lewis

At our language event, we aim to create a relaxed and friendly atmosphere where people can come together to practice English, Spanish, and French. It's a great opportunity to make new friends and share experiences with individuals from around the world.

The event is completely free, and you only need to pay for what you consume. Please keep in mind that the venue requires a 15% tip for our servers who assist our large group, so expect to include that in addition to your consumption. The meetup will be held at Cafebrería El Péndulo Polanco, a charming venue in Polanco with comfortable outdoor seating. The event will take place from 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM. If the RSVP list is full, you can add yourself to the waiting list or contact our team to inquire about availability.

The format of the event is flexible - you can arrive at any time during the meetup, introduce yourself, and start conversing! The topics and group dynamics will develop naturally, and there are no predetermined subjects. Feel free to move around and meet other members at different tables as it is a casual gathering.

Note for first-time attendees:

The venue requires a 15% tip for our servers who assist our large group.

If you're participating in the event with the goal of practicing a language, we recommend having intermediate listening and speaking skills. However, language proficiency is not important for those who are attending solely to hang out and make new friends™.

Nos vemos pronto para divertidas conversaciones de idiomas™. For our French conversationalists, "Bienvenue".
