I want to develop English. Actually, My writing in English is more advanced than my reading it. I can say this. And It is clear that a language cannot develop on its own. About with Turkish learning; - You can learn/ask like the public spoke on the streets, - You can learn/ask on more top language level (poem, news articles, etc.) - You can learn/ask the way that official institutions made the correspondences.
