About me
I'm infatuated with languages and fragmentary knowledge is no longer sufficient. My ravenous appetite for knowledge and long-lasting international friendships has yet to be sated (and I'm inclined to believe it never will be).
I participated in a German exchange program that allowed me to live in Germany for 3 weeks. I had taken German in school for a year but (as typical in classroom settings) those who don't appreciate the subject act as a ball and chain to those who do. I easily doubled my knowledge in those 3 weeks and discovered the value of immersion.
I've traveled to a few other places as well but all while I was much younger and less interested in languages i.e. they are inconsequential.
