About me
I tought English and other languages at the Berlitz School of Languages in New York in the 19660s and have used the same method to learn a few languages as well. I am currently learning Persian while refreshing Thai, Cantonese, Mandarin and Indonesian. I’m a native speaker of English and Brazilian Portuguese, almost native of Cuban Spanish. Also fluent in Japanese, French, Italian, German and Russian, in that order. All others I once spoke,, like Quechua, Tahitian, Haitian Creole, Vietnamese, Croatian, Swahili, Yoruba, etc are way too rusty and barely worth mentioning.
