Help I Can understand most TWI but struggle to speak it !!!

I was born in UK and would love to learn Twi.  As an advantage I CAN undderstand Twi when somebody is speaking to me :) However, I find it difficult to speak!!!! This is because my parents ued to talk to my in TWi occasionally as a child but they did not force me to speak in TWI. So if someone can can help me to overcome this hurdle/obstacle then I would be extremely grateful!!!!
