help with özlemek verb and turkish grammar

what is correct and why?
"özliyor musun?"
"özliyormusun?"
"özlüyor musun?"
"özlüyormusun?"

in book "musun", "misin" is always not together with verb, my turkish friend says it should be together.

and
özlemek  --->   özle-mek
özle (main part of verb) + mek


(main part + present time     question + person (you)  )
        özl      +        iyor                 mu      +      sun

"e" from "özle" will disappear because in "iyor" first is "i"

so: "özliyor musun?"

do i think wrong? it will be not that?

"E in ÖZLE   drops and İ in (İ)YOR changes to Ü because letter before it is Ö. if there was E, İ in   İYOR   have to be remain same."

e dissappears,i turns to ü
