help needed translation Turkish!

I need to ask for some information from the Turkish railway, so I need help with the question, since they only answer questions in Turkish!

Here it is:

Is it possible to travel with dogs on the trains? Can dogs travel with passengers in the Pullman seats, or wagons or do they have to be in the baggage wagon?

What are the requirements about muzzles and cages, depending on the size of the dog? Can a 15 kg dog travel without a cage?

It would be great if you could the correct terms you use about the wagons in Turkey!
