Ted Gärdestad is, like, Swedish culture personified, if a little dated. EVERYONE knows his songs, even if you don't listen to them often. Raj Montana Band as well, kind of oldschool both of these. Den svenska björnstammen are really good, a bit more modern. Håkan Hellström is really popular, though I don't listen much to him personally. All the ones Popcorngirl mentioned, they're, like, go-to. OF COURSE I'm gonna recommend the swedish versions of the ABBA songs, just because. Maybe Björn Rosenström, if you're in to really crude, often kind of offensive humor. Medina, for kind of happy, modern pop-rap. Thomas Stenström. Timbuktu is a classic. Laleh sings both in english and swedish. Linda Pira is a modern, female rapper. Darin, I guess. Danny Saucedo. Norlie & KKV, Oskar Linnros, Jakob Karlberg, Petter, Stiftelsen. Snook, haha. Kaliffa. Anton & Affe. Gyllene Tider and Per Gessle are basically the same, only he went solo, just as with Raj Montana Band and Dan Hylander. Bo Kaspers Orkester. Mando Diao has a swedish album, where they basically made songs of old swedish poetry. I might recommend old Swedish songs from Melodifestivalen, but that would just be Swedish nostalgia: FAR from all of them are good. My friend listens a lot to a rock band called Sabaton. I THINK they have at least a few swedish songs. I believe they sing about history. Not sure. Ebba Grön is older rock, everyone knows at least two songs of them. Thåström is super famous, a bit slower. I'm a big Disney fan - so I think that's fun in most other languages. Tomas Ledin - a bit old, but nice. Molly Sandén is more modern. Sonja Aldén does a lot of ballads.

They're all very well known in Sweden. And there's SO much more. I figured this would be a good mix, even if I don't listen to all of them myself.

Haha, I just scrolled back up - sorry for going overboard, I got excited.

Most, if not all should be on both Youtube and Spotify.
