We add ( ة ) to the adjictive which is for feminine

ٌمَسْرُور : he's happy

مَسْرُورَةٌ : she's happy

It's the two adjectives used to define the happiness of someone,

in arabic ٌسُرُور means hapiness, and it varies when it's derives in adjective into the two genders as translated above,
