Help with Translation

Hi guys! Are there Syrian Arabic native speakers, who can help me translate a little text. Text is written by a syrian man, so I think that he use Syrian variant of Arabic language. Please, write me, if there are people who will ba able to help me. I'll be grateful to you very much :)
