Serbian Happy Birthday Song

Hello,

I would like to learn to sing the Serbian Happy Birthday song to my best female friend!  I think I have the words already...are these right?:

Danas nam je,
divan dan (x3)
Nasoj _________
Rodendan
Zivela x2
Srecan nam bila
Zivela!

But I do not know how to sing it.  Can anyone help by posting the song to YouTube?  Or I'd be very happy to set up a web meeting!
